It's Paella time at Grain d'Sel
Hailing from Valancia, the word paella originates from an old French word, 'paelle' meaning pan. Our paella promotion is a paella tour de force with three different varieties done to perfection. Paella de Valence is a superb seafood dish with capsicum and oregano. Paella de Provence includes succulent prawns, squid, mussels, chicken and choriza, while Paella d'Alicante features fresh spring vegetables served with Alicante herbs.

Australian Meat Festival at Grain d’Sel We are delighted to announce our inaugural food festival at Hennessy Park Hotel. What better way to start than with some of Australia’s finest suppliers of meat including Harvey Beef, Wammco Lamb, Certified Australian Angus Beef and Wagyu Beef. Brad Leahy from Bluewater Grill together with master butcher Vince Gareffa, from Australia, will tempt you with their deliciously succulent meat and fulsome fusion dishes such as Reef Fish Ceviche with Avocado, Corn and Caramelised Sweet Potato, Certified Australian Angus Beef and Margaret River Wagyu Beef.
